I bought fresh cilantro over two weeks ago and stored it according to the instructions at this herb shop. They are just showing signs of aging, with a few rotting leaves and some yellow ones. I cut off the stems, removed the rotting leaves and put them back. I have to admit I don't change the water often. The first two photos are of the day I bought the herbs. The third - after 16 days. The whole thing is about the size of a liter bottle, so it takes up space in the fridge. You fill about 1 inch of water at the bottom, place the herbs stem side down in the bowl, lower it into the water and put on the perforated lid. Then change the water from time to time, e.g. B. when you use the content. I've done this about 4 times in those two weeks. Super easy and very effective.
