Review #2 -- I'll keep my original negative review below in case anyone had a similar experience -- but I had the nicest rep from this company, contact me little back. He guided me through the process of what I was trying to achieve and now I'm set the way I need it for intervals. It was all very different from the instructions, so I definitely needed his help. The instructions for setting up multiple intervals weren't clear. Now I hope to be able to say that this is the best investment ever. But the company deserves credit for their proactive customer service! Review #1 The instructions for setting the timer are terrible. This is the worst investment I've ever made. If it works I would love it. How can it be so difficult to work with something. I only recommend this watch if you want to be disappointed. I gave the watch and instructions to seven people, none of whom were able to set four different timer increments for me.
