BEAUTIFUL BASKET! First let me say that the box arrived in perfect condition and the packaging was very good. Every detail has been attended to, therefore documentation was not provided by Winsome allowing you to order missing or damaged parts. .The trolley is exactly the size we were looking for for our fifth wheel. It's got a pretty decent case size, which was important to us as we didn't have enough space in the top box of the fifth wheel. (Internal dimensions 3"D x 19"BX 13"D) I'm an experienced carpenter and do it myself and this cart assembled in about 35-40 minutes with extra hands, about 35 seconds by my lady. I did first checked the fitting details and then a thin layer of glue was used during assembly to give the item extra strength what do they say now just peasy they don't know i accidentally managed to install it this side up. Not a big deal I can touch it up with some mineral oil if you close it but overall the product looks great and with two nice wire shelves inside it's very functional Two small things I think will improve it (and I'll probably do it with mine): Install a reinforcement bar under the center of the relatively thin bottom of the drawer and better fit te (rubber) rollers h Existing rollers n good enough. I'm always a bit skeptical about plastic in moving parts, and plastic doesn't offer the best grip on the vinyl floor of our fifth wheel. It's remarkable how many bad reviews almost all of them had, including this one. There's no doubt that shipping damage, mismatched parts, or poorly finished items are annoying. But judging by the number of people asking questions that are already answered in the product description, I have to say that I think a lot of user errors happen. If you read inattentively, you cannot blame the product. By the way, with this cart the graphic guide is more than adequate and if you connect the top and bottom rails correctly to the first side you have a good project. in the hand. So pay close attention to the F, GH and I positions. They are all different. So we are both very happy with the looks and quality at this price point. I would recommend this cart to anyone looking for a good (rugged) cart of this size. Two final thoughts - rub some candle wax on the wooden drawer slides, especially if your drawer is a little tight. It will glide more smoothly. - and yes, I don't like the Allen key either, but as it happened I didn't have any Allen bits for the impact wrench - I'll have to get those.
