I have previously found that I was disappointed that while this product was an effective product for cooling my knee post surgery, the case with the ice gel packs was probably not strong enough for continuous use as the Threads loosening and opening started at the end of the first week of use. However, after reading my previous post, Koo-Care got in touch asking for photos and quickly replacing the product to ensure I was happy with their product. So thank you to this company's customer service for supporting their product, making it so easy to get a replacement, and caring about customer satisfaction. The level of service received along with the fact that this is an effective product gives me a good reason to recommend this Koo Care product to anyone who needs it.
