Review on Stylish and Classic: Pettigirl Smocked Vintage Floral Pattern Girls' Clothing by Emily Myers

We bought this for my daughter's 3rd grade project (she had to dress up as a specific child, a historical figure from the 1940's, to give a biographical presentation). He was perfect for this purpose. I thought it was too vintage for my 9 year old tomboy to wear again but she loves it. She wore it all day after school and wanted to wear it again the next day. I think it's great and I think we'll get our money's worth with it. It fits everywhere except on the arms — she said she feels cramped — but she can be a bit sensitive to details that others don't mind. I left the top button undone which gave it plenty of wiggle room.
