This pillow is a complete rip off. My neck hurt all night the first night and this pillow is not for someone who sleeps on their back or side all night. I didn't sleep well and still woke up in pain. Item arrived with no receipt or 30 day return label. Online and over the phone via advertising. No Answer. I have sent an E-Mail. No Answer. I had to complain to PayPal and got my money back.
