I bought these and after installing them in my printer they didn't work. The printer only printed in one color and I got big error messages. I sent them back but instead of getting my money back I thought I'd try replacing them instead. And they sent me a new set of cartridges in about 5 days. The new ones worked just as well as the new Canon cartridges. The first must have had a bad chip. You should check it out. But in general, the ones I received a second time are acceptable for new ones. Given the quick return, I gave them a high rating.
