They were a bit thicker/heavier than I would have liked on a small to medium wrist. My mom definitely has small wrists and felt the same way. Neither of us noticed even the slightest bit of pain relief. Although the sales page and summary warned they would turn your skin green, it actually came a little quicker/easier than expected and just tells me to look for higher dollar options. We've known people who have worn something they swear by that has NOT faded against their skin. So overall no for me and I am sending them back.
