Simple UI, fast speed of response from support via ticketing system. They were also very proactive in their communication when I needed clarification or further assistance as necessary! It took me some time before I began enjoying using this tool especially since there's not much user friendly options regarding customization which would allow greater control over your data. The layout/UI is good but it could be better in terms of navigation flow so that people can use easily without any difficulty whilst accessing different modules within the software itself like profile manager (profile center), candidates search etc. There was a bit struggle initially trying out to understand its workings however once we are up and running they're excellent - super easy-to-use & intuitively navigable interface! Great solution to utilize all aspects related to employee recruitment into one place instead searching through multiple platforms. I like that you can search by skills, location or even job title! There are also many other features such as alerts when someone applies in your area of expertise which helps me keep track of my current projects/tasks at all times! It's not always easy finding new opportunities but this tool makes it easier than ever before. They have helped us fill several positions we needed filled quickly without having to go through multiple applications from different candidates.
