11/30/2021: Purchased to reduce wear and tear on my HP tablet. Unfortunately it doesn't work for that. What I mean is that it connects/disconnects fine and the port LED lights up, but the keyboard, mouse and monitors remain idle. It could be an HP issue, I don't know. All I know is that this doesn't work for my purpose. It may or may not work on other devices, but since I don't need or need it on other devices, it's basically a waste of my money. On the plus side, it connects/disconnects easily and seems like a really solid connection. The magnet holding the connection seems quite strong, so there shouldn't be any accidental disconnects. If it actually worked on my tablet, that would be great!
