I already have a set of these headphones when I got my first set they wouldn't turn on or charge which was disappointing but I traded them in for a working set. The replacement kit is charged and powered on. The first thing that struck me was the excellent sound quality, and second the battery life is around 3-4 hours depending on what you're listening to and how loud you turn the volume. I like the offline work and sharing features. I was very happy with this set, I chose another set, it arrived today. When I opened the box, I noticed a mark on one of the earbuds, so I took a closer look and realized it was a fingerprint. The second thing I noticed was that the earbud looked oily like it was already in someone's ear. Third, the plastic that goes over the charging part of the earphones was not on any of the earphones, I've already had two sets from this seller and both had plastic over the charging part, even the manual mentions they need to be removed for charging, my conclusion is this: This is a used set that was resold to me and I will be returning it for a refund. I wish I had a new set as I was led to believe but now I don't trust a seller to give me a clean set let alone one that hasn't been used. You would think that with everything that is going on with Covid-19 they are not allowed to resell such used items.
