Review on 🪑 Green Homall High Back Computer PU Leather Desk Racing Chair with Headrest, Lumbar Support, and Swivel Function - Ergonomic Office Executive Task Chair by Samuel Browning

I have tried repeatedly to get an answer as to what the actual factory warranty is and after 5 attempts I have not received an answer stating what the warranty actually is and for how long. The chair itself was for my grandson and he seemed to like it and said it was comfortable and worked perfectly, but he's only had it a few days. It was delivered later than announced because it was only handed over to UPS 9 days after the order was placed. I cannot give this chair a higher rating simply because the customer service reps are unwilling to explain the warranty or lack thereof when they do. They seem to replace any broken part if you send them a picture of it, but they don't say how long they will do it.
