We use these numbers in our pantry. Our old homemade laminated numbers fell apart easily when our customers played with them while they waited, and every week two or three numbers disappeared because customers forgot to turn them in. Firstly, buying these numbers was cheaper than buying laminating materials and, of course, less labor. Second, those numbers were very solid. We've been using it for two months now and haven't noticed any damage. Third, we lost all numbers. Customers quickly learned to use the hole to put them on the dowel (extra bonus: if we pull them off the dowel, they're fine). We felt that the upside down numbers on the back might confuse some of our customers so we used the stickers we already had to cover up the upside down numbers. They are a bit small (1" x 2"). So if we ever need to book rooms again, we'll probably order something bigger; but they only work to be found and we are very happy with them.
