These knee pads are great. They are good for heavy squats with maximum effort. They provide a good jump out of the hole and add weight to your max squat. Personally, I don't train with knee pads all the time. I bike with them and train in them for a few weeks, then without them for a few weeks and have gotten a decent carry over from these bandages. My raw squats improved, as did my gear squats when I used bands. I bought these because they were cheaper than the inzer wraps I was looking at and am happy with my purchase. Without confusing the inzers, I'm sure they're good too, I just saved some money on them and they work great.
