I will use it for the rest of my life

It becomes rough after cooking and can be uncomfortable on the cheek. But other than that it definitely works. First, it will make your jaw a lot stronger because it will hurt after being bitten for some time. My jaw definitely moves forward and stays that way for another hour after I take it out. But I notice a difference when I'm not using it, I feel like I don't have much power for some reason. It's like my pressure is less to press.
