Absolute rubbish. to my rating.
First the speakers. They're of such terrible quality that you'll want to connect to external audio. The screen has a low resolution compared to other monitors in this price range. Low quality internal electronics. There is no reverse polarity protection on the 12V power input. Although it can accommodate your Raspberry Pi, it is not compatible with most coolers.
