This is a leather shift knob. An improvement over my hard plastic that had the shifter cover removed. It's lighter than the original. I screwed it in well, but it felt like there was a little cross-thread at the end, although there isn't. It probably won't last many times, but I don't plan on doing that unless I replace it again.
