I use it for morning runs before sunrise. There were some issues with the fit of this vest initially, but it works well now. Judging by the picture, I was led to believe that the bottom should match the hips. However, I found that he continued to climb on top of me, causing the shoulders to loosen and fall off. I ended up just tightening/shortening all the straps to make the bottom part fit my chest (like a heart rate monitor). Now it works like clockwork, I recommend it to everyone.
