God! My favorite novelty! Just tried it for the first time and it was amazing. I suffer from chronic back pain and I'm always scared and that's why I put off mopping. I gave it a try today and not only did I finish my entire sub floor (about 1300 soft tile floors) in about 20 minutes, but I had no back pain either! 😱 I used to have a steam cleaner, but since there was no solution in it, the floor always looked like limescale and always smelled funny (even from freshly washed pads). This mop was amazing, it was nothing like a steam mop and was as effortless as a regular mop. My floor looks clean, smells clean, and I'm assuming that since it says pet cleaning solution is a disinfectant, it means it's clean. It's like a mop and floor wiper in one. The buffing portion helps dry floors in a fraction of the time it takes a mop, so you don't have to worry about small or furry animals walking on it while it's wet. While this may sound like an advertisement, nobody paid me to write this review. I'm just a delighted customer who finally has clean floors without throwing their backs!
