The best thing is that they are always there when you need them!! They have helped us solve all our problems related SalesForce integration seamlessly without any hassle or confusion at anytime. Great platform indeed. ! Nothing much but if your looking out of something then go ahead otherwise nothing else too dislike about it other than its expensive price tag which i feel can be reduced by some ways. !! But overall everything seems good from what we experienced till now even though pricing might seem high initially compared tp low cost competitors like SFDC Connector etc., still worth every penny spent because this service has been helping many companies around globe especially small businesses who don't want big bucks spending here &there instead.
