If I could, I would buy every child on this planet one of these. I originally bought 1 for my son when he was about 5 months old and not sure if he would be interested in them. He immediately clung to it for comfort at night. I find it so calming for him that if he wakes up in the middle of the night it will help him stay awake and fall back asleep on his own. It's so soft, absolutely snuggly, my son loves to snuggle with it, great for quiet time. He's playing with the corners and the tags (I left the silky tags and he's looking for the tags - he knows they're there!). I agree with other reviewers, don't just buy one. It's going to be really hard for you to steal your kid's washer and dryer, so stock up on a backup to swap out on laundry day :) (and they wash and dry great, I put mine in one of those little laundry bags , to keep them just in case) And whatever you do, don't leave home without it! I am buying 2 more this week, one for the Grammys and one as a last resort!
