Price! I'm an automotive technician using these USB extensions for my computer that are in my tool box. I am performing an ECM calibration that requires an uninterrupted data connection. I've had quite a few "durable" USB cables and they all seem the same, most USB cables fail in the same place (at least for me) the metal end of the connector that holds the solder joint for the wires, usually the source my problems when they get stuck in the door and slam, bending the end and completely destroying the connection. I abused this cable like hell last year, running it over multiple times, ripping it out of its place in my USB dock, wrapping it in every way I could think of, leaving it to bath the floor in coolant, oil and the occasional acid floor cleaning every Thursday. Also noticed a few pinches between the car doors and the inevitable bulge between the car door at the end of the plug, yes it bent and worked oddly until I nailed it back and it still works. I've bought another one in the meantime but oh my god you can't beat the value for money. Will buy again and again.
