They appear to be of high quality. Slightly more than I was hoping to spend, especially for a growing boy who will probably only wear them a few times. Although I like the style. They look great with my son's Christmas clothes and winter church clothes. They are not stiff like other boys' shoes. I had to fight with my 5 year old to try on the others but he was fine with these. Turns out a bit big. I'm a little concerned that the soft suede will have scuffs and stains, but time will tell.
