I've spent almost a month looking for the 'perfect' diaper bag. We're expecting our first little girl in two weeks, so I was looking for something that could double as a cute and stylish diaper bag or handbag. I couldn't imagine spending more than $100 on a bag that would see a lot of hand-to-hand combat and occasional wetness from everyday life with a baby. The first thing that struck me about this bag was the style. It definitely suits my style! The bag itself is bigger than I imagined from the photos. Considering I usually carry a large bag just for myself, I worried about how my stuff would fit in with the kid's stuff. In anticipation of this I also bought a purse organizer to put in my diaper bag for even more organization if needed, but I don't think it's necessary. Pros: The bag itself has two zipped pockets on the front, one zipped pocket on the back and room for two oversized bottles on the sides. The material says it's made to repel moisture! It looks like you can take a damp cloth and easily wipe away any drips that come in and out of the bag. - Came with matching diaper. - The seller carefully wrapped the bag in plastic wrap to protect it from transit. Damage. Cons: - There are no zipped compartments inside the bag - Although there are straps on the side of the bag that can be used to attach to a stroller, the connection seems very loose. If you plan on stuffing this bag full in a few months, I can see the connecting straps coming loose from the bag. While I like the pewter gray color, it has personally turned into plastic vinyl which looks gray. Honestly, the gray colorway makes the bag qualitatively cheaper than it should be. The shoulder straps are long enough to fit comfortably on my shoulder, but I imagine there isn't enough room between the straps for a tall lady. This is a bag that you can carry comfortably for a long time. For the above reason, this bag had to come with a shoulder strap. Although I seem to have more cons than pros, I bought pewter because of the price difference between it and the more expensive black. For the price I can do it!
