Simple bag, good roomy size, solid construction, all zips work. There are enough zipped compartments on the outside - one for the mobile phone, one for keys, hygienic lipstick, cards. When I bought it, I didn't realize that it could also be easily converted into a backpack. I am an elderly lady, have no plans to use it as a backpack but could come in handy if needed.
