I use this brush every day. Vacuuming is useless if the surface isn't perfect, although that doesn't really defeat the purpose of the toothbrushes. very bad. Use it faster than a regular toothbrush. I would say the bristles are moderate not soft. and not the easiest to rinse out because my finger doesn't go in the slot to stir up the rest of the toothpaste, but if I squeeze hard enough it does. This is a good brush for kids who hate brushing their teeth , because you don't have to fight that alligator as often as you want. Oh and the colored parts on the handle are fully rubberized so the handle doesn't slip off when they bite, like smooth plastic which I love. used on a 15 month old professional wrestler. We recommend trying it.
