Review on LORAC 4099 PRO PRO Palette by Rebecca Jones

I'm the makeup wearer type, not the type who spends hundreds and thousands of dollars on buyback palettes and lipsticks. Make-up is like an investment for me. I expect that when I buy something it will last a long time and I shouldn't worry about buying similar shades from another brand. I spent $$ on Stilla in the Garden palette a few years ago and it still hurts. There were just a few shimmery colors that really linger on the eyelids. The rest was useless. I also bought an Urban Decay palette before Naked came out and while the quality was ok the brand itself is a bit too shimmery for my liking. I just want matte for my everyday wear. Why is it so hard to find a decent brand? And here is Lorak. I knew their products might have some leftovers and was careful every time. The little primer that comes with it really helps and the product lasts all day. The colors are great too. that's enough for me for a while.
