The sound quality is not very good, you can understand what is being said but it is not clear. Image quality is a bit washed out. Therefore, this should come preloaded with kid-friendly educational apps. Each application in this tablet needs to be clicked and it will be redirected to the download page. Now many of these apps don't work. Also, you cannot uninstall discontinued apps from this tablet, I tried. So your kid clicks on it and wonders why it doesn't work. Let me explain: Science - 9 apps work. 3 applications - no. Stories - all 6 stories work (least interesting, non-interactive theme) Whole Brain Learning - 10 apps work. 20 apps don't work math - 4 apps work. 8 applications do not work Art - 16 applications work. 1 app that doesn't work. Interactive - 3 applications work. (Camera, Media [actually just a fancy way of saying video, so basically the camera works] and "my app" which is the storage for your photos and videos) English - 3 apps work. 9 applications are not. Battery life isn't very good either. 20 minutes takes it from 100 to 70 and takes a few minutes to load. So this was supposed to be potty training please stay on the toilet pill so it would be a good idea to leave it on so you don't have to wait for it to load. Babies are not very patient. I gave it 2 stars because when my son gets an app that suits him, he loves it.
