I am 5ft 2in and 185lbs. I usually order big. but not tight. The top is really huge. Now note this is an average size, I have a 38C on top, a size 12/14 and I SWIM in this average. I can pair it with jeans or something, but not both. In that case, I don't wear it over shorts, which don't work with it. The fabric is nice too. Not flimsy, not cheap. Good elasticity.
