Acer is very satisfied. I have used HP computers for many years but was familiar with Acer quality. After unsatisfactory support from HP, I returned their computer and bought an Acer. The screen is very clear and sharp. The keyboard and mouse are satisfactory, but I swapped them out for a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse for better tactile feedback. I would buy again. I had no problems installing and running my applications on this computer. I run Office 365 and use Word and Excel on a daily basis. Well I guess it had to happen. I was using a Logitech keyboard that no longer works. I tried installing the keyboard that came with it. The keyboard and mouse that came with the computer are dead. Disappointed and changing my rating. I ordered a new keyboard, but I'm stuck with a computer that I can't get files on.
