I was very happy to find a charger for my Dell Latitude 5290 that was cheaper than what Dell was charging. It worked well for about six months, after which I noticed that the 5290's battery drained in about a day, even when charged. And at that point, the light on the charger was slowly blinking from bright to dim - which my Dell charger didn't do. When connected to house mains (110 volts) without the 5290 the light stabilized and continued to burn, but as soon as it was connected to the 5290 the light began to oscillate and the 5290 lost power. Not good.
