The software works great, it's easy to use (even for novices), I've had nothing but success with this product so far! It does exactly what we need - scan our carpool lanes at school every day in order that parents can pick up their kids from work safely when they arrive home after dark hours or during holidays/weekends offs etc., just as easily too!! There was some initial confusion about how best fit my business needs were; however customer service has been very helpful throughout all stages of implementation & training new employees through onboarding process- which is crucial because there are many steps involved before an employee fully understands its capabilities within your organization.- We have not encountered any issues yet regarding reliability / performance, although you certainly always run into problems along these lines regardless if one uses other products like ours out here already available online today!
