I like the fact that they have a lot of different types of workouts and workout programs to choose from. It's also very easy to log-in and track your progress on your computer. I also like that you are able to customize your workouts. I don't like that you cannot customize your workout schedule. I would like to be able to set my workouts to a specific time of day. It would also be nice if you could customize the length of your workout. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a way to track their progress. There are several different types of workouts to choose from. I like that you can track your progress. I use this program to help me with my workouts and track my progress. I am able to see my weekly workouts and then compare them to my progress to see how much I have improved.
