Poor quality control - twice!
The watch is beautiful and I like it but I had to return TWICE because they sent me a returned watch. Do you know how I know? There is no tiny battery on the watch leg. I don't want to buy a used watch and change the battery shortly after purchase. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
