The ability to post multiple different types of positions at once (i.e., full time vs part time). It's also helpful that you have the option to filter by specific industries so it makes finding candidates much easier! I wish there was more flexibility in terms of how long we could go between posting new listings but this hasn't been too big of a problem for us thus far. We've had some difficulty getting applicants through our application process as well since most are looking for traditional 9-5 work hours. This has made things difficult when trying to plan staffing levels around their availability.
