Review on Upgraded LED Flashlight Bulb by Ruiandsion by Heidi Jenkins

I use this in 6D Maglite. In short: not flashy, doesn't match stock/unmodified threadlocker and overall looks cheap. I recently had my old bulb fail, so I replaced the spare bulb which is on the other end of the battery compartment under the spring. I figured it's better to replace that spare tire, let's switch to LED too. Note: I have several 2D LEDs, bright and efficient. I bought an $18 bulb rated at 360 lumens. It's really amazing. They include a cheap aluminum mounting bracket alongside a bulb (I left that aside as Maglite's polished bracket is no problem for retrofitting LEDs. But that bulb isn't the subject of this review. In hindsight, I can tell from one Expecting child Who has watched too many Ghostbusters, if there are any. So the nicely polished retaining ring, which is key during assembly, does not fit these lamps. I measured. The outside diameter of the bulb on the metal was .465" and the Inside diameter The polished ring was 0.455". Enter a cheap aluminum retaining ring from my already excellent individual listing. $18 LED lamp and a Dremel tool. Unfortunately, even after adjusting the brightness wasn't part of its future. I even have a brand new size d inserted batteries (6) the above led upgrade champion is used I was deep in these disappointments I'm not going back because it's a plague Through an unexpected turn of events, at least one works. I'm kinda hoping this doesn't work for long so I can return the $18 blank and get another for the slave seat at the end of the tunnel to test out. Absolutely don't buy them unless you want to modify them, perhaps at your own risk, with no promise of brightness or a touch of quality. bababui
