Do not remove the mirror and do not use double-sided tape!
Don't remove the mirror and don't use double sided tape (as stated in some comments)! Remove the MIRROR COVER and after replacing the original turn signals, use the plastic pry tool and with a slight twist the curved plastic clip will snap behind the housing. Thicker than the original but very light! Be sure to lock the doors for 5 seconds before starting the engine, then check operation. If they don't work, insert them the wrong way round, flip them over, lock them in place for 5 seconds and check again.
- 💛Installation Tips: Carefully remove the mirror glass to access the screws/clips inside; Release to remove the cap/cap further, then immediately reattach the dynamically flashing side marker LED strip under the cap. After installation, lock the vehicle, wait about 5 seconds, and then turn on the engine to allow the on-board computer to reset before checking operation.
