First everything as in the picture! This is such an adorable bag. I haven't had any issues with stitching or loose straps. The inner lining is well stitched, as is the entire outer back and shoulder straps. Inside 2 small compartments, one pocket, the second with a zipper. Very roomy bag! Now for the long shoulder strap. The downside was that there is no way to adjust the length and it is very long! I gave 4 stars because the bag has a strong plastic smell. I hope it fixes this over time, but right now I'm feeling nauseous. I'll leave it open and not use it for a while and will update the fragrance info in a few days or weeks. Update: I opened it up and left it on my screened patio overnight to get some air and it's 90% better. I can hardly feel it now. So happy with my bag!
