I was expecting or hoping that the back of the chair would be a bit higher. I can't even rest my neck on it until I crouch down. Also, the 2 screws connecting the armrests to the back of the chair are too short, so it's basically NOT secure. I have to tap them all the time when I'm working. Finally, the fabric of the seat is like mesh, and while that should be fine, it's not when you're wearing shorts, it's your skin on it. Tolerable, but I work from home so I sit in this chair for hours every day. Often in shorts. UPDATE: At this point, the arm just doesn't stay attached to the backrest. it's weak Wouldn't recommend it.
