Does not record video or photo; 4:3 aspect ratio; Wrong model sent

These video glasses were listed as the GoVision SOL 1080p model with Bluetooth speaker. A completely different model has arrived. No bluetooth speakers - not that I wanted or needed bluetooth. I wanted videotape sunglasses to record sports in first person. The fact is the supplier sent a product that was wrong even on their own packing list. However, I have tried unsuccessfully to get it to work. Cons: 1. The USB connection is via a weird micro USB 2.0 cable with an 8-pin micro USB connector on the end of the goggles, which is unreliable. Had to wiggle it just right to register.1a. The Micro USB 2.0 cable is too short to use.2. Never recorded points (video or photo), even after full charge indication; and after performing a push button reset; and after checking Make sure the included 8GB micro SD memory card is properly installed.3. The video, if recorded (which was never the case), has an aspect ratio of 4:3 - 1440 wide by 1080 high. So technically it's HD, but the world stopped using the 4:3 aspect ratio about 15 years ago. Every camera on every smartphone captures an image with a 16:9 aspect ratio. There are literally millions of tiny cameras on the market. They must have gotten these old designs for free, then incorporated them into sunglasses, and then tried to sell them as modern. failure.4. Judging from the footage I've seen on YouTube, there's no image stabilization. You need to keep your head steady to get a good picture.5. The item appears to have been previously discovered. Small details like the USB cable tie and the advertised cleaning cloth were missing. Pros: 1. The glasses turned out to be durable, with good lenses.2. Hard case is good.3. The rubber-coated temples are adjustable (bendable) to fit the glasses snugly to your head. Result: playing around with the glasses for a few hours. They never worked. Sent back the same day.
