I would say this is currently the best ND option for UWA UWA zooms on Emount when no CPL is required. I used to buy Kase filters made for Sigma 14-24 but the reeds tend to break. The metal frame on them prevents this. I bought it primarily for use with the Sigma 14-24, but it works with all of my Emount lenses. After installing and removing filters, this is fairly easy to do in the field. I didn't notice any additional reflections or other visible negative effects from using filters. They come with a soft pad which I used at first but after a few 30 second exposures without a pad I don't see the need for it. If the spacer is not properly installed, there may be an optical effect at the edge of the image. Overall I'm very happy with this kit and leave the UV filter on when not using ND as an extra dust cover on the sensor.
