This isn't the most intuitive screen protector installation I've ever done, but the complexity does impact the end product. I don't think I've ever successfully applied a bubble-free screen protector to any device until ESR showed up on my iPad Pro. I encourage you to just follow the directions as best you can and the results will speak for themselves. I also like that they include a second protector in case you want to try again. As for the actual quality, I like it a lot. I often find myself opening my iPad Pro case to browse through some apps, just in case I like the look that much. The feel is soft and smooth without the slickness of glass. Writing on it is phenomenal. It really looks like paper. I feel like I have more control over my strokes, almost like a graphite pencil on paper rather than pen on glass. 10/10 recommend
