Approximately 23 servings per 8 oz bottle (1 serving = 10 ml), if flushed twice daily, one bottle lasts just over three weeks; If you flush twice a day, one bottle will last about a week and a half. I love that this mouthwash is almost free of harmful ingredients and that that particular flavor was light and manageable, but I didn't experience a long-lasting, lingering minty freshness. However, if I had the means to maintain this habit, I would continue to buy Desert Essence Mouthwash because I want to be more aware of the ingredients. If you are curious about this product I would say it is worth trying.
