It does exactly what I need. Store all my hats, keep them dust free and keep them on a shelf in my closet. I LOVE IT! I have 7 fedoras, 1 extra wide brim sun hat, 10 baseball caps, 4 berets, 3 hats and 4 panama hats. EVERYTHING is COMFORTABLE inside, there is a little more space! I am happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend it! This hat bag is definitely large, so if you're looking for something small, this may not be for you. I've read that some reviewers mention clips. I haven't even tried using clips, I don't need it. I won't be using it for travel and my hat pocket is full so I can't use clips when I want to. Although I think if I had to travel with him he would do the job too. I LIKE!
