A good brightening toner that feels fresh and nourishes the skin. Easy to use thanks to the unusual pump cup. The pump may confuse you when you first use it. When you open the lid, you will see a small transparent cup located around the opening area. Don't try to water it or call it because it's not going to happen. This is a pump. When you press the cup, a small amount of toner is released and then remains in the cup for you to spread over your face. You can use your fingers or something like a makeup remover pad or cotton swab to dab your face. I really like this cup method because I've found that I have less waste since it drips all over the place. This toner soothes the skin and absorbs well. After application, the skin becomes pleasantly soft and moisturized. While it helps control excess sebum production, it doesn't dry out the skin. It didn't cause any other irritation either. Very gentle and should be safe for people with sensitive skin. It also helps my skin feel clear throughout the day. Should be suitable for all skin types, but best for oily or slightly dry skin. Well suited for both men and women.
