The mascara has dried up and looks like it was used before.
The mascara looks used. The box it came in was sealed like all Clinique products. The mascara tube was open because there was a gap between the cap and the tube with mascara stains around the opening and on the side of the tube. The ink is completely dry. I am extremely disappointed.
