Permanent disconnection and disconnection of Bluetooth audio receiver

I had so many disappointments about this. Looks great. Small. Powerful enough. However, it keeps dropping the Bluetooth connection and also randomly disconnects. I tried to connect with Android phone, iPhone and iPad. But everyone has the same problems. I moved my devices to be closer to the device. This made things a little better, but the connection still drops, and the worst thing is when it just disconnects. I hate this disappointment.
