I need a lot of space in my bag as I have Crohn's disease and need extra supplies and a change of clothes to keep with me at all times, but I still need them to fit comfortably against my body/shoulders. This bag fits. The canvas is soft yet durable, and the strap is very comfortable as it is not padded. Inside there are 2 small open pockets and a zipped pocket. There is also a zipped pocket on the outside at the back. I have included a photo of what is usually in my bag on any given day.
