I've been using this bag for about 3 months, I really like it! Converting a backpack into a bag is great. For me, the shoulder straps of the bag are a bit uneven so that I can get a more comfortable fit for the backpack, but that doesn't bother me when using it. I love how strong the base makes it easy to put things like tupperware, water bottles etc. There is an internal mesh pocket for small items - I haven't had any issues with this yet but I'm afraid it will tear if I put items in it with sharp corners. The laptop sleeve has great padding and I use it a lot. I'm a medical student working in a hospital and packing for long days: food, water, white coat, stethoscope, laptops, computers.
