Not up to snuff for Arts and Crafts

After I put it to the test, I found this chipboard to be a disappointment.While it is sturdy, it lacks the smoothness needed for my scrapbooking and stamping projects. The rough texture made it difficult to apply any kind of adhesive smoothly and the white side was not as crisp as i had hoped.
